Return to school in the shadow of the current reality: Management update (6.4.2026)
Dear faculty ,
On the eve of the second day of Passover and with the end of Easter, we wish you a happy, peaceful and calm holiday.
We hope that these difficult days are passing safely for you and your families.
We would like to send special encouragement to our members and staff serving in the reserves and security forces, as well as to those who are dealing with challenging family and personal situations these days. We appreciate your work and are working to provide a tailored response as much as possible.
Please note: MBA Accounting and the Faculty of Health Professions programs will receive separate notifications from their program heads.
Back to school – starting Thursday, April 9
Studies will resume starting this Thursday (9.4), according to the timetable, in a distance learning format ( Zoom ) on all campuses, and in accordance with the Home Front Command's guidelines.
We recommend preparing in advance:
- Ensure that the links to online meetings are up to date and accessible to students
- Remove irrelevant links to avoid confusion.
- Update students on course channels regarding the conduct and expectations for upcoming classes.
Opening online classes
The meetings must be opened through the Lecturer Information Station – an online lesson system .
Attached is a brief guide for opening a lesson and managing the meeting.
Exam outline
As announced, the exam format will be determined in accordance with the Home Front Command's instructions for Sunday, April 12th:
- If campus activity is allowed, exams will be held in person, no earlier than Thursday, April 16.
- If on-campus activities are not possible, alternative assessments (papers, home exams, etc.) will be used for all exams that have not yet taken place.
A formal notification will be sent when the guidelines are published.
