- The amount is calculated in stages based on the actual number of hours worked.
- For a mentor who did not complete the committed number of hours, the hourly scholarship rate will be calculated based on the actual hours worked and the actual track rate.
- The scholarship will be paid as a tuition fee refund.
By signing at the bottom of this document, I commit:
- To demonstrate seriousness, perseverance, and dedication throughout the mentoring process.
- To mentor throughout the semester, including the exam period. In exceptional cases, it is possible to leave before the end of the semester, subject to a discussion with the coordinator and prior notice.
- To accurately report actual mentoring hours in the mentor tracking form, immediately after each session.
- Attend training sessions that will take place during the semester. Attendance is approved as a mentoring hour.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all student details at the college during and after mentoring, regarding both their personal information and the content discussed in the mentoring sessions.
- I will not conduct private lessons with students I mentored at Ono, either during or after the mentoring period, until the end of my studies, unless I receive approval from the mentoring administration.
- Adhere to the number of hours approved by the mentoring coordinator. Do not exceed this limit without the coordinator’s approval. Payment will not be made for hours worked in excess of the limit without approval.
I understand that if I do not meet these conditions, an inquiry will be handled with the project coordinator, and the mentorship may be terminated.
Please note:
- During the tutoring period, hours must be reported using an online form after each meeting.
- The student receiving mentorship will also fill out an hourly report form for the mentorship meetings.
- This report will serve as a reference for receiving payment.
- Failure to submit the report on time may result in a payment delay.
- If you are mentoring several students concurrently, the report is individual for each student.
- Upon completion of 30 hours or the end of the semester (whichever comes first), an advance on the scholarship will be transferred.
Additionally,
- The Center for Egalitarian Academia commits to making every effort to make placements that will enable the mentor to complete all mentorships in full.
- The Center for Egalitarian Academia reserves the right to terminate mentorships based on professional considerations, which will be explained to both the mentor and the mentee.
