Office 365 for students of Ono Academic College

Hello,

Students at Ono Academic College are eligible to install Office 365 at no cost for the duration of their studies. The Office 365 suite includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1 terabyte of cloud storage, and a variety of other tools.
Each student or faculty member is eligible to install the software on up to five devices of their choice.
Use of the software is valid as long as you are a full-time student and the agreement with Microsoft remains in effect.
The version of Office available for download and installation is the latest version, Office 365.
Please note: If you have a previous version of Office installed on your computer, the installation may remove it (including software such as Visio and similar programs).
In any case, we do not recommend keeping multiple versions of Office on your computer.

If you are unable to log in, please go to the Information Station -> General -> Update Personal Details. You must change your password and wait approximately 10 minutes for password synchronization.


Please note:

1.Ono Academic College is not responsible for and does not support the installation of Office on a computer. 
2.Installation is the sole responsibility of the student. 
3.The license to use is valid only for the duration of studies. Upon completion of studies, the license will expire. Students must ensure that all materials saved in the DRIVE are backed up and stored elsewhere. 
4.It is the students' responsibility to remove the Office 365 suite from their computers and devices upon completion of their studies. If the removal is not performed, Office 365 will automatically cease to function.  
5.Continuing the installation process confirms your agreement to the above. 
6.Please note! Office is intended for personal use only, and you are prohibited from transferring this right to another person.
Any other person who installs Office using your credentials will be able to access your personal files in the 365 environment. 

The setup process requires you to log in with a unique username created for you by Ono Academic College
Your username is your academic email address.
The password is the personal password you use to log in to the Student Information Portal.
