Internal Referral System and IT Equipment Management

As part of our efforts to improve your service experience, we are pleased to share with you a significant update to our internal referral system and IT equipment management:

Contact IT or Maintenance
  1. Faculty/Students
    The support center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  1. Support for multimedia and computing issues in the
    labs    is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  2. Administrative Staff
    Inquiries on any topic are handled from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  1. Onboarding a New Employee: Human Resources initiates the process to provide the employee with the appropriate equipment.
  2. Termination of Employment: The IT Department will come to collect the computer equipment in coordination with the department manager. If there is a desktop computer, it may remain at the workstation, but the IT Department must be notified of this, and the computer must be temporarily registered under the department manager’s name until the replacement employee arrives.
  3. Job Transfer:It is important to notify the IT department in advance. The computer may be moved along with the employee to their new office, but sometimes an upgrade or replacement will be necessary.

Please note!

  1. Equipment must not be transferred between employees without notifying the IT department.

The Tax Authority unifies the various tax departments: Income Tax, Real Estate Taxation, Value Added Tax, Purchase Tax, Customs, and Stamp Tax.

The legal division of the Tax Authority handles matters at both the civil and criminal levels.

In the criminal sphere, the division handles the planning and management of criminal cases related to significant tax offenses in VAT and customs, as well as basic offenses in income tax, VAT, and customs.
