This guide describes the steps for obtaining an academic email address from Ono Academic College.

It is important to note that the academic email address ends with:

User.name@365.ono.ac.il

The following are the steps to obtain an academic email address and log in to the information portal using your academic email address:

1. Please visit the Ono Academic College website at ono.ac.il
2. On the top menu bar, click "My Account" and select "Students" On the top menu bar, click "My Account" and select "Students"
3. When you click "Students," the following screen appears:
   To log in to the system using your academic email address, click the "Log In" button. When you click "Students," the following screen appears:
   To log in to the system using your academic email address, click the "Log In" button.

4. If you do not know your academic email address, click the "Get Academic Email" button.
   
5. On the screen that appears, enter:

• • ID Number
  • Check the "I'm not a robot" box
    

6. Finally, click the "Submit" button to receive your academic email address.

Your academic email address will be sent to your personal email address based on the information you provided during registration.

Once you have received an academic email address from Ono Academic College, you can now log in using that address.

The following are the steps for logging in to the information portal using an academic email address from Ono Academic College:

1. Please visit the Ono Academic College website at ono.ac.il
2. On the top menu bar of the website, click "My Account" and select "Students."
   After clicking "Students," click the "Log In" button. 

3. On the screen that appears, enter the full academic email address you received, including the suffix
   User.name@365.ono.ac.il
   Next, click the "Next" button
   
4. If you do not have a password, click the "Forgot Password / New User" link.
   
5. On the screen that appears, enter the details and click the "Next" button
   
6. On the screen that appears, enter your cell phone number and click the "Text" button:
7. On the next screen, enter the code you received via SMS on your cell phone and click "Next."
8. On the next screen, enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
   • The password must be at least 8 characters long
   • All passwords must contain both letters and numbers.
   • Avoid using a password you've already used
   • Avoid consecutive letters or numbers
   • Avoid using identical characters
     After entering the new password in both fields, click the "Finish" button

9. On the screen that appears, click the link: Click here to log in with your new password.
