User Guide for Logging into the Student Information System using an Academic Email Address

This guide describes the procedure for obtaining an academic email address from Ono Academic College.

Please note that the academic email address ends with:

User.name@365.ono.ac.il

Here are the steps to obtain an academic email address and connect to the information system using your academic email address:

  1. Please visit the Ono Academic College website at ono.ac.il.
  2. In the top bar, click on 'Personal Area' and select 'Students'.Top bar - 'Personal Area' button. Below it, 'Students' with a red border. Below that, in the menu: Prospective Students, Staff, Enrolled Students In the top bar, click on 'Personal Area' and select 'Students'.
  3. Upon clicking 'Students', the following screen appears:
    To log in to the system using your academic email address, please click the 'System Login' button.In the center of the screen: Top button - "Login to system" (to be clicked). Below it, a button for "Receive academic email". Below that, a button for "Forgot password" | "New student". In the background, an illustration of the new Ono campus.     To log in to the system using your academic email address, please click the 'System Login' button.
  1. If you do not know your academic email address, please click the 'Receive Academic Email' button.
    In the center of the screen: Top button - "Login to system". Below it, a button for "Receive academic email" (to be clicked). Below that, a button for "Forgot password" | "New student". In the background, an illustration of the new Ono campus.
  2. On the screen that appears, you need to enter:
    • ID number
    • Please check the 'I am not a robot' box.
      The 'Please enter ID number' and 'I am not a robot' fields are displayed for completion.
  1. Finally, click the 'Perform' button to receive your academic email address.

The academic email address is sent to the personal email as provided by you during the registration stage.

Upon receiving an academic email address from Ono Academic College, you can now log in using this identification.

Here are the steps to log in to the information system using your Ono Academic College academic email address:

  1. Please visit the Ono Academic College website at ono.ac.il.
  2. In the website's top bar, click on 'Personal Area' and select 'Students'.
    When clicking on 'Students', you should click the 'System Login' button. In the center of the screen: Top button - "Login to system". Below it, a button for "Receive academic email". Below that, a button for "Forgot password" | "New student". In the background, an illustration of the new Ono campus.
  1. On the screen that appears, you need to enter the full academic email address you received with the suffix
    User.name@365.ono.ac.il
    Then, click the 'Next' button.
    An email field is displayed for entering an academic email.
  2. If you do not have a password, please click the 'Forgot Password / New User' link.
    A password field is displayed, with a "Forgot password/New user" link below it, and a "Log In" button. Below these, two links are provided for guides to logging into the student information portal and the lecturers' information portal.
  3. On the screen that appears, you need to enter the details and click the 'Next' button
    A text-based code verification field is displayed. To the left of the text to be entered, there is a speaker button to read the text aloud.
  4. On the screen that appears, you need to enter your mobile number and click the text button:
  5. On the next screen, you need to enter the code received via SMS on your mobile phone and click 'Next'
  6. On the next screen, you need to enter a new password composed as follows:
    • The password must contain at least 8 characters.
    • All passwords must contain both letters and numbers.
    • Please avoid using a password you have already used.
    • Please avoid consecutive letters or numbers.
    • Please avoid identical characters.
      After entering the new password in both fields, click the 'Finish' button.Two fields are displayed for entering a new password, which must be identical in both. Below them, a completion field is displayed.
  1. On the screen that appears, you need to click the link: Click here to log in with the new password.
    The text "Return to your account. Your password has been reset" is displayed. Below it, a link to log in with the new password is shown.
