Internal scholarships: The scholarship will be transferred at the end of the semester.
  • The amount is calculated in steps based on the number of hours actually worked.
  • For a mentee who has not reached the quota of hours to which he committed, the hourly scholarship rate will be calculated according to the number of hours worked and according to the rate of the track he actually did.
  • The scholarship will be paid as a refund in shekels.

By signing at the bottom of the document, I undertake:

  • Show seriousness, perseverance, and investment in the mentoring process.
  • To be taught throughout the semester, including the exam period. In exceptional cases, it is possible to leave before the end of the semester, subject to a conversation with the coordinator and prior notice.
  • Report accurately on the actual mentoring hours on the mentoring tracking form, immediately after each session.
  • Attend training sessions that will take place during the semester. Attendance is counted as one hour of tutoring.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all information about students studying at the college during and after mentoring - both in relation to their personal details and in relation to the content that arises in mentoring meetings.
  • Not to hold private lessons during and after the mentoring period with the students with whom you worked as a mentor at Ono, until the end of my studies, unless permission is received from the mentoring director.
  • Meet the quota of hours approved by the mentoring coordinator. This quota may not be exceeded without the coordinator's approval. No payment will be accepted for exceeding without approval.

I am aware that if I do not meet these conditions, an investigation will be conducted with the project coordinator and the mentorship may be terminated.

Please note:

  1. During the mentoring period, the hours must be reported in an online form after each session.
  2. The student receiving the mentoring will also fill out an hours reporting form for the mentoring sessions.
  3. This report will be used as a reference for receiving payment.
  4. Failure to complete the report on time may result in a delay in payment.
  5. If you tutor several students at the same time, the report is individual for each student.
  6. The scholarship will be transferred at the end of the semester.

also,

  • If the student mentor is absent from a meeting that was coordinated with the mentor, and does not notify him/her:

    • The mentor will report that day to the coordinator accompanying the student to clarify the student's condition and the reason for the absence.
    • If the student mentor does not arrive at the mentoring session and does not notify at least 5 hours in advance, the mentor will receive payment for one hour of mentoring, provided that he informs the mentoring coordinator of the absence on that day.
    • After two absences, mentoring will cease until the mentoring coordinator conducts an investigation with the mentee and mentor.
    • The tutor will fill out the time report form with the date of the meeting that was coordinated and did not take place and indicate in the comments column: "First absence / Second absence"

  • The Center for Equal Academics undertakes to make every effort to carry out placements that will allow the mentor to complete the mentorship in full.
  • The Center for Equality Academia reserves the right to terminate the mentorship for professional reasons that will be explained to the mentor and mentee.

And in witness of this I have come to sign,

Tax Authority systems in Israel are a group of systems; the transition to cloud-based systems in Israel is designed to improve the service.

The Tax Authority systems include the following main systems: Income Tax, Property Tax, VAT, Customs and Collection.
The systems provide services in various areas of reforms, institutions that are not subject to VAT and also information for assessors, representatives and the public.

The emphasis on accessibility in the Tax Authority systems is reflected both in the external design and in the internal design.

The internal design focuses on building and managing accessible digital forms for handling VAT and Customs, as well as for handling business in Income Tax, VAT and Customs.

The authorities of the judiciary in Israel are divided between the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court serves as an appellate instance for judgments of the District Courts in Israel, and as a High Court of Justice. When sitting as a High Court of Justice, it hears appeals against the decisions of the District Courts, the Magistrates Courts and the Religious Courts. There are three types of appeals: the High Court of Justice, District Courts and Magistrate Courts.

The powers of the judiciary are influenced by the changes in the powers of the investigative authorities and the prosecuting authorities, in order to allow scrutiny and expansion on the history of the judiciary and its influence in the State of Israel.
