User's guide to obtaining an academic email address

To determine the identity when entering the student information station

This guide describes the procedures for obtaining an academic email address from Ono Academic College

It is important to note that the academic email address ends with: 

Below are the steps to obtain an academic email address and contact the Information Center using an academic email address:

  1. You must enter the website through the link ono.ac.il
  2. In the top bar, select the personal area and click "The students"

    You must click the button: "Experience the new identification method"
    3. After clicking on "Students" this screen appears: You must click on the button: "Try the new identification method"
  1. Please press the button: "What is a personal academic email? " As shown in the following screenshot:

  2. In the resulting screen, enter the following information:
  • ID number
  • You must click on "Get an academic email"
  • V must be marked with "I am not a robot"
    5. In the resulting screen, enter the following information:
  1. After finishing, please press the "Next" button to receive an academic email.

The academic email is sent to the personal email you wrote in the registration form.

After obtaining the academic email you will be able to contact the student information station.

Below are the steps to obtain an academic email address and contact the Information Center using an academic email address:

  1. You must enter the website through the link ono.ac.il
  2. In the top bar, select the personal area and click on "Students"
  3. When you press a button "The Students" And then on: "Experience the new identification method" Please click on "Log in by academic e-mail" As seen in the following screen:

  1. In the screen that appears, you must enter the academic email you received
    And ends with:
    Then press the button "Next"
    4. In the screen that appears, you must enter the academic e-mail you received that ends with: then press the "Next" button
  1. If you do not have a password, please click on the link "Forgot Password/ New User"
    5. If you do not have a password, please click on the link "Forgot Password/New User"
  1. In the screen that appears please enter the information and then press a button "Next"

    Validity of the password:
     The password must contain 8 keys
     · The password must contain letters and numbers
     · Do not use a previously used password
     · Consecutive letters/numbers must not be used
     · Do not use similar letters/figures

  2. Please enter the password you have entered in the two lines as it appears on the screen and then press the buttonEnding"
     

  3. In the screen that appears, please click on the link: Click here To log in with the password
