Tuition Fee Regulations 2015
Dear student, below are the procedures and rules regarding how to pay tuition fees.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt the student from fulfilling his obligations.
The Academic College reserves the right to make changes to all rules and regulations published here, without prior notice.
-Admitted candidates who have gone through the registration process will receive an acceptance letter to which a tuition payment form will be attached. Tuition must be paid by the date specified in the acceptance letter. A student/candidate who does not pay the full tuition fee by this date will lose his/her place and the Academic College cannot guarantee his/her place this year.
The first payment must be paid two weeks after the date of acceptance, and the remainder of the tuition fee will be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit, depending on the payment option chosen by the student.
-Making an annual tuition payment arrangement in advance for the entire academic year is a condition for preparing a study program and being accepted as a full-time student.
-Tuition payment arrangements are sent to students by regular mail according to the address that appears in the academic campus's computerized system. Failure to receive the payment request for any reason does not exempt the student from paying the tuition fee on time.
-Payments in all study tracks are equal, not linked and interest-free.
The annual tuition fee is updated annually and will not increase by the increase in the Consumer Price Index or by 3%, whichever is higher. It is clarified that an increase greater than the increase in the Consumer Price Index may occur only once during a student's years of study for a single degree.
-The tuition for the 2015 academic year includes 275 NIS membership fees in the Student Association for first-year students and 310 NIS for second-year students. After the start of the academic year, it is not possible to receive a refund for the Student Association membership fees. (On the Haredi campus, the Student Association membership fees are 170 NIS).
The Academic Campus will provide the Student Association with the details of the student members of the association and the methods of contacting them.
-A student interested in paying by credit card must verify with the bank that a credit limit exists for the total amount of the transaction.
-A discount on prepayment will only be given if the student pays a tuition rate that exceeds 25,000 NIS per year (according to the cash discount percentage on the dates determined in advance).
-A student wishing to pay by direct debit must have the bank sign before returning the form to the Tuition Section. This standing order form will be used to debit tuition throughout the years of the degree and will automatically be transferred from year to year until the completion of payments for the entire degree , in accordance with the tuition regulations, linked each year to the consumer price index.
If the student/account holder wishes to change payment methods between years, the Tuition Section must be notified no later than the end of July of each year.
-In any case, you must check with the bank/credit card company that the payments were made and transferred to the academic campus in order.
-The obligation to pay tuition fees and ensure their full repayment applies only to the student.
-A student whose tuition payment has not been honored by the bank will be charged a refund fee of 50 NIS for each unpaid payment.
-A student who falls behind in his payments will be prevented from receiving any academic service, including information about grades and receiving service from the Student Administration.

In a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, students with 18 credits will pay tuition of 250% instead of 300%, and students with 36 credits will pay tuition of 200% instead of 300%.
