You can enter the campus through parking spaces 2 and 4 (you cannot enter from the rooftop).

It is possible to enter the campus through the parking lot from the 2nd and 4th floor (it is not possible to enter from the top floor) or to enter on foot from Hanmal Street, from the entrances 5 and 6.

The campus is divided into 2 buildings (access between them is through the parking lot):
Each study hall/office is numbered so that the first number is the floor number.

For example: Room 304 is on the 3rd floor.

Entrance to the campus from the parking lot:

You can enter the campus via floors 2+4 only using a coded student card from the Student Division.

 Students who ordered a ticket and have not yet collected it from the association offices, the ticket is already coded for door opening.

  1. Students who already have their student card are invited to return it to the association for coding.

The student card must be deposited at the Student Union offices and within 48 hours you can collect it from the coder.

Entering the campus from the station:

Access to the campus via floors 2 + 4 is only possible with a student card belonging to the student union.

Adjacent to the campus building is the "Fortown" parking lot:

A. The parking lot is privately owned and serves all students and private subscribers. You must follow the instructions of the guard at the entrance to the parking lot. Please note that the parking lot has private parking lots belonging to companies that rent space in the building. Do not park in parking lots marked as private. A vehicle parked in a private parking lot will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense and will not be allowed to enter the parking lot in the future.

B. Between 08:00-09:30 the parking lot is reserved for private subscribers, so student entry will be based on available space only. Starting at 09:30, priority will be given to students of the Ono Academic Center of the Haifa Campus.

C. Starting from 1/6/2024, parking rates will be updated: 

Morning parking between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM costs 40 NIS

 Evening parking between 3:05 PM until the parking lot closes at a cost of 35 NIS

Payment is by credit, Pango and Cellopark only (cash is not possible). Discounted parking stickers can be obtained at the security guard's station at the entrance to the campus (you can obtain a sticker by presenting a parking voucher).

Next to the campus building is the Burtown parking lot.

  1. The parking lot is privately owned and provides services to all students and subscription holders, and you must follow the instructions of the guard at the entrance to the parking lot. Please note, there are special places in the parking lot belonging to companies that have rented spaces in the building, and therefore it is prohibited to park in these places indicated as private. The car that will be parked in a special place will be towed at the owner's expense, and he will not be allowed to enter the parking lot in the future.

 

  1. Between the hours 09:30 - 08:00 the parking lot is required to provide spaces for the special subscription campaign, so students will only be allowed to enter the parking lot if there are empty parking spaces. Starting at 09:30 priority will be given to the students of the academic college "Ono" Campus Haifa.

 

  1. Starting from 01.06.2024, the position prices will change:

Morning parking between the hours of 06:00 and until 18:00 - at a price of 40 shekels.

Evening parking between the hours of 15:05 and until the parking lot closes - at a price of 35 shekels.

 

Payment by credit cards, Bango and Slobark only (it is not possible to pay in cash). A reduced parking sticker can be obtained from the guard at the campus entrance. (It is possible to get a sticker after showing the parking ticket (parking ticket)).

– the parking lot is adjacent to the "Dilan" building and the entrance to it is from 17 Baghdad Kadoshi Street.
"Zim" parking lot – entrance near 7 Plym Blvd.
The "Merkaz Hashmona" train station parking lot – adjacent to the "Merkaz Hashmona" train station.
"Maya" parking lot – at Shaar Palmer Square, turn left onto the kurkar path parallel to Baghdad Saints Street.
Parking in spaces marked in blue and white – payment by meter or via Pango.

 

Below are several parking lots near the campus:

"Hَنَمال" stand (the port) - the stand attached to the "Diln" building, and the entrance to it is from 17 Baghdad Street.

The "Tsim" (Zim) stand - the entrance next to Shadrot Belim 7".

Herkift parking lot "Merkaz Hashmonaah" station ( " Merkaz Hashmonaah " train parking lot ) - next to the "Merkaz Hashmonaah" train station.

The "Mayah" (Maya) position - in Kekar Sha'ar Belmar turn left to the Karkar passage parallel to Kadoshieh Baghdad Street.

In the places indicated in blue and white - payment by "Madhan" or by "Bango".

Tax Authority systems in Israel are a group of systems; the transition to cloud-based systems in Israel is designed to improve the service.

The Tax Authority systems include the following main systems: Income Tax, Property Tax, VAT, Customs and Collection.
The systems provide services in various areas of reforms, institutions that are not subject to VAT and also information for assessors, representatives and the public.

The emphasis on accessibility in the Tax Authority systems is reflected both in the external design and in the internal design.

The internal design focuses on building and managing accessible digital forms for handling VAT and Customs, as well as for handling business in Income Tax, VAT and Customs.

The authorities of the judiciary in Israel are divided between the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court serves as an appellate instance for judgments of the District Courts in Israel, and as a High Court of Justice. When sitting as a High Court of Justice, it hears appeals against the decisions of the District Courts, the Magistrates Courts and the Religious Courts. There are three types of appeals: the High Court of Justice, District Courts and Magistrate Courts.

The powers of the judiciary are influenced by the changes in the powers of the investigative authorities and the prosecuting authorities, in order to allow scrutiny and expansion on the history of the judiciary and its influence in the State of Israel.
