Training for instructors for the Keshet course
About the course
Keshet is a structured academic course that has been specially adapted for families. Its uniqueness lies in its focused attention to the quality of life of the family member participating in the course as a separate entity with his or her own unique needs.
In recent years, over 700 parents and family members who are dealing with a disability (mental, physical, developmental) in their family have reported, following their participation in the course, a significant improvement in communication within the family and with the various services in the community. We see a mission and obligation to impart this concept and intervention to therapists and rehabilitators in the family field.
