Workshop to strengthen the mental resilience of recipients of rehabilitation services
Rehabilitative relationships are an excellent platform for strengthening the mental resilience of service recipients, in order to enhance the personal recovery process. In the proposed workshop, we will make connections between concepts from the world of recovery and rehabilitation with concepts from the world of mental resilience in light of contemporary theory - positive psychology. The workshop will emphasize the integration of theoretical knowledge and evidence-based interventions using experiential-workshop methods. In addition, the workshop will incorporate content that allows for a deeper understanding of the rehabilitative relationship from the world of mindfulness (attention), learning from successes, knowledge from experience and the motivational approach.
The purpose of the workshop
To enable familiarity and in-depth study of issues related to mental resilience and coping with stress and trauma. The goal of the workshop is to increase the resilience of service recipients, and workshop participants will be able to acquire highly relevant tools for strengthening their mental resilience.
